TANDEM SPECIAL

Jumptown will be open Monday, June 29th, Tuesday, June 30th and Wednesday July 1st and will be offering a tandem discount to all people who work in the service industry - waitresses, waiters, bar tenders, cafeteria workers, hotel business, clubs, etc. We will also include military, police officers, fire fighters and all emergency personnel in this offer. Tandems for those three days only will be $195.00. Make your reservations early so you do not miss out on this once a year opportunity.

For those of you who would like to get your Accelerated Freefall training done and would like to take a class on a date other than the ones that are posted please call and let us know what date you are interested in. We will schedule classes on alternative dates if we have a minimum of three people in the class. Please call for details.

In order to make a skydive you must be at least 18 years old and weigh less than 250 lbs if you are making an AFF jump.

If you are making a tandem jump you must be at least 18 years old and weigh less than 235 lbs. (plus or minus 10% depending on height to weight ratio, weather conditions, proper fitting of gear, etc. - if you have any questions please call for details).

Accelerated Freefall (AFF) Camp

Note: The AFF Camp (details here) is an expedited AFF training program conducted over 4 days.

  • The course starts on Thursday mornings with ground school.

  • Friday through Sunday are devoted to learning the freefall and parachute skills needed to take you through your Category E-2 skydive and graduation to solo freefall status.

The camp fee of $1,495.00 is nonrefundable. Please make sure you are committed to the entire camp before signing up. No exceptions!!

In order to hold your space a $50 deposit is required per person. The remainder is due on the day of your skydive. You may enter your credit card here or if you would like you can send a check. There is a $25 processing fee for bounced checks.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable deposit of $50 per person is required in order to make a reservation at Jumptown. This can either be done by emailing us with or calling in your credit card number or by sending a check to Jumptown at 80 Airport Road Ste 10, Orange, MA 01364. When you arrive for your reservation, your balance due may be paid with cash or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted on the day of your jump.

If a person fails to show up on his reserved date, your $50 deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If paid in advance by cash, check or other means, the money will be forfeited and no refund given on the reservation deposit.

There is a $15 processing fee for bounced checks.

If you need to cancel your reservation you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance or your deposit will be forfeited. For groups of 6 or more people cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled jump or the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Tandem students will be rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather. If a student is unable to jump on the day he/she takes their training, due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, he/she will be issued a rain check to return for the jump. There are no refunds given on reservation deposits or rain checks. The deposits and rain checks are good for one year from the date of purchase.

DVD and/or Stills Refund

In the event of a video failure a refund on the DVD only will be issued ($100). In the event of a failure on the CD-ROM of photos a refund on the CD only will be issued ($15). Any rejumps requested due to video failure will be charged at full price.
