Jumptown offers freefly coaching for all individuals who are looking to reach specific goals or excel past their current flying ability. Each participant will receive professional and personalized one-on-one instruction. Video assistance is used on each jump, for better visual aid during the post dive debrief.
Before each jump a dirt dive is held to discuss the exercises which will be used on the skydive. During each briefing, you will review and practice maneuvers with a series of drills for better muscle memory in the air. The instructor flies with you during the skydive, assisting in corrections of body positions, and maneuvers. As you practice the maneuvers, the coach flies a solid neutral allowing you to be more aware of your own movements. All coached freefly jumps will have video. After each jump you and the instructor will review the video, and debrief body positions and flight progression.
One-on-one coaching price includes:
- Student and instructor slots
- In-depth ground school
- Video assistance
- Post dive video debrief
Please contact manifest for scheduling and prices.

Gear Requirements
- Helmets are required for all beginning freeflyers and strongly recommended for all skydivers.
- All freefly students must wear audible altimeters because of the higher speeds and resulting shorter freefall. Some demo audibles may be available for
those who need to borrow.
- B.O.C. or pull-out deployment system with a tight closing loop is required to prevent premature
deployment.
- In addition, your harness/container system needs to be "freefly ready" with tuck tabs for riser and pin
coverage.
